Falling under the broader Pale Ale category, India Pale Ales (IPAs) tend to be a hoppier type of beer. Different regions have slightly different brewing methods for the IPA which results in different flavour profiles. British IPAs tend to be on the bitter side while West Coast IPAs are slighter sweeter and fruity. At Ricardo’s Cellar we offer a range of IPAs encompassing a range of flavours to suit any palate.
